Product Description:
This product
uses imported high-quality water-based acrylic resin as the main film-forming
material, supplemented by pigment.
For one-component baking varnish, the paint film has good adhesion, high
hardness, high fullness and good decorative effect.
Non-combustible, non-explosive, and safe.
Product Usage:
Suitable for all kinds of glass surface

Construction instructions:
·
Steel substrate treatment: sand blasting or phosphating.
·
Before use, the paint must be stirred evenly. After
diluting, use 200 mesh cloth to filter and use.
·
It can be spray coated or roll coated. The viscosity of
the roll coating is 100~115S, the viscosity of the coating is 80-90S (coating 4
cups, 20°C), and the baking temperature is 120~180°C for 30 minutes.
·
It can be sprayed with an aqueous electrostatic gun to
effectively reduce losses.
